Painting for Kids -- Color Mixing

Mix just a few colors -- yellow, blue, and red,  to make almost any color you want. I used watercolor paints to show you the different colors but you can use any type of paints such as tempera paint. When you just started to learn to paint your materials don't have to be expensive.

You can even get the idea of how to mix paints by using crayons. Lightly color yellow and then color blue on top and you'll have made green.
